Re: Fabfilter 25% sale! How long for I don't know...
I see that this is the last day of the sale. Does this affect the price of Fabfilters at the Auria store? Will they go in price tomorrow? Yes, Fabfilter's sale ended Aug 1. We added an extra day (Aug 2nd) as a buffer, but depending on your Apple timezone it may have already be the 3rd (currently lu...

Re: IAP not discounting in the UK
Hi,
You should contact Apple directly, as that looks like the regular, non-sale GBP price for PSP Echo. As all App Store's use a rolling time zone system that's based on your local App Store's time zone (plus or minus a few hours), you may have made the purchase after your local App Store's cutoff.

Re: New update has gremlins
I've been using Drumagog with Auriapro since it was released and I only have AuriaPro on my iPad. This happened previously when I tried to restore after an update and Apple had to issue a refund so I have contacted them again. It sounds like you originally purchased Drumagog back in Auria, but now ...

Re: New update has gremlins
What we're suspecting is that yesterday's massive Amazon S3 outage, which took down Apple's App Store (http://appleinsider.com/articles/17/02/28/app-store-apple-music-icloud-other-apple-services-impacted-by-amazon-outage), caused the errors folks saw, as Auria could not reach Apple's servers to chec...

Re: New update has gremlins
Can anyone else who had problems restoring purchases try what's worked for others, by logging out of their Apple ID, restarting their iPad, logging back in, and then trying to Restore again?

Re: MIDI editing, tempo, various other bugs
Quick question for you as we test out some of the Quantize functions, which version of quantizing are you use: the real-time one found in the MIDI Control portion of the Channel Strip, or the offline one found under the "Process" pull-down menu?

Re: iPad limited to recording at 41.1 kHz?
Check out this thread regarding that interface: http://auriaapp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=12900&hilit=Roland+Duo+Capture+Ex Short answer is the iPad is not limited to just 44,1KHz, the Roland tech sounds a bit confused; he may be talking about a different interface which only runs at 44...

Re: Loading projects mutes audio on USB interface
Our initial tests haven't shown problems with other USB interfaces, including some smaller Scarlett ones, so it may just be the 18i8 with an issue - which would mean an eventual firmware update from Focusrite.

Re: Drive Monster Drums
We've updated the Drive Monster downloads to fix an issue, if you delete the already downloaded Drive Monster folders and re-download from the Auria store they should work.

Quick question for those not seeing Drive Monster Drums: do you have any other drum kits downloaded, like the other free ones?

Re: Auria Pro Beta
Hi everyone, just a little update here: We have finished reading through all the submissions and determined the final list of beta testers. We will start sending out emails later today to those invited to the beta team. We received so, so many great applications from qualified people who would be fa...

Re: Auria Pro Beta
We haven't responded to any applications yet, the email others referred to was simply a copy of the same info posted here which we blasted out to our registered email list. We'll probably wait for another day or two for more applications to come in before we start reading through them all (there's q...

Re: Bonus content link
It sounds like when you originally unzipped the file it decompressed it into a folder called "Bonus", and when you re-zipped it you included that Bonus folder, which would have thrown everything off like you experienced. Auria will automatically decompress .zip files but they have to be la...
