Re: ASK THE RECORDING EXPERTS
That's actually not true. Auria is compatible with Audiobus 3. It just doesn't make use of the new Audiobus 3 SDK. This just means that you can't do MIDI routing within Audiobus through Auria (but you can easily route MIDI using the existing CoreMIDI support). Audio routing is still fully compatibl...

Re: Monitoring while using Audiobus
Hi - For the life of me I can't find this information - I'm certain it's simple but I haven't used audiobus before, I have 2 tracks recorded in a project and I'm trying to do a scratch Bass guitar track (track 3) using Thumbjam - just something simple for now. I'm using Audiobus3 with TJ as the inp...

Re: Soft Drummer
Okay - I was getting confused trying to figure both things out at the same time. I can get drum sounds into Auria Pro's inserts channel strip. I can record whatever drum settings that are cued up in Soft Drummer which starts at the same time as I hit record. I can record on an audio or midi track. A...

Soft Drummer
Does any one here use this app or one of the others? There are no instructions and I can't figure out how to use it with Auria Pro, let alone building songs within the app, etc. Is there a section in the Auria manual that covers importing drums? If someone can point me to some general info, I'm sure...

Re: iConnectAudio 4 powering 2 iPads on the same time?
Just wondering. The adapter costs a couple of bucks on Amazon or Monoprice, vs the $39.00 for the cable... The cable has an enlarged section at one end, so I wondered if there was something special about it, other than being robust.
Thanks
Thanks

Re: Ambient Acoustic 4 Piece Recording - Mixed in Auria
Very nice recording. Perhaps the vocal is a bit wet. You got such a nice, natural sound on the instruments, to my ears the vocal should blend a little more. Congratulations on some good work!

Re: Backing up projects
Thanks, Rim. Your answer suggests that the problem is importing the files with iTunes. Does this mean I should be okay using iExplorer (or iFunBox) to move the files I exported with iTunes back to my iPad?

Re: Backing up projects
Just wondering...does iTunes have a problem importing or exporting the projects? I exported mine to my PC with iTunes, but I have iExplorer so I could import with that. Should I re-export?
Thanks

Re: Zoom H6
I just picked up the H6. Does anyone know of a source for the xlr capsule? I'd also be interested in anyone's experiences with it. Any tips? How are the internal mics? How are you using it?
Thanks

Re: Getting Headphone out to work on 1818VSL
That did the trick! The volume was down all the way on the virtual mixer phones. Turned it up (actually I returned all volumes back to max, the way they were when I first fired it up). Set mains to 7&8 on Auria once I hooked the 1818 up to the Ipad, and got phones. Had to switch mains back to 1&...

Re: Getting Headphone out to work on 1818VSL
There might be something misconfigured in the 1818. Have you tried connecting it to a PC or Mac, running the Presonus control panel software, and resetting everything back to defaults? Rim Are you talking about the VSLl software? I was just going to do that and see if the headphone volume is turned...
