That's a smart solution thank you.
I haven't had time to try the mix down option, sorry.

Re: Split edits causing glitch?
Ah sorry I thought you meant you can change the sample rate of the iPad itself. You mean iPad-Auria and session-hardware?
I’ll do some tests with my hardware. So far both are set to 48. (Digitone and auria) but I’ll do some internal recording and see what happens.

Re: Split edits causing glitch?
What do you mean “is your iPad set to the same sample rate as the session?”

Re: Split edits causing glitch?
iPad Air 2 OS 13.3.1 Sample rate 48 I should also add I encountered this problem in Cubasis 2 and 3 also. Is it something to do with where the splits are made? I selected 'bars' on the grid, so it might be a bad location on the waveform for a split. But I just didn't expect to hear it if the clips e...

Split edits causing glitch?
Hi all, new user here. Why does simply adding a split edit cause an audible glitch without doing anything else? Is that to be expected?? Any remedies? I’m splitting a track up in preparation for editing but I don’t want to hear each edit I make. Unless that’s normal? Doesn’t seem like it should be. ...

Re: Constant drop out with DigiTone via USB
You might be right. After some research on crack and pop on auria, I checked the Digitone sample rate and it’s 48. My project was set to 44. I’ll test this and get back to you. Thanks so much for your help.

Constant drop out with DigiTone via USB
Someone please help me! :) I'm connecting my DigiTone via USB directly into Auria Pro. No other apps running. I'm on an iPad Air 2. CPU and processing meters are practically zero. Yet even when just monitoring I hear crackling and pops when I play the DigiTone through Auria, and it records with the ...

Anyone using DigiTone?
Anyone here using a DigiTone with Auria? If so, how's it going? I'm having trouble setting up. I have Cubasis 2 which is ok, but I'd much prefer to use Auria Pro - I just can't seem to get around drop out issues when I connect.

Drop out with DigiTone USB IN
hi all, happy new year! Would appreciate a little help. 1. I have my Digitone connected directly into Auria Pro via USB. Should I be hearing so much drop out? It's constant. I'm running on an iPad Air 2 which I accept is quite old now. 2. Also, how come there's no drop out when I connect via Audiobu...

Making music workflow: Primarily about rhythm section
Hi there. New to Auria, back to making music thanks to the amazing capability of the iPad and getting my hands on many delicious music apps (moog, gadget etc). I want to use Auria as my multitracker recording studio. I'm a solo musician, and I'm looking to make ambient / electronic soundscapes featu...

Re: iPad Air 2 - seeking powered interface
But won't the hardware interface device still need to have the ability to send power to the iPad? Bit confused...sorry.

iPad Air 2 - seeking powered interface
Hi all, I'd appreciate some help - im trying to find an interface for my iPad Air 2 which will power/charge my iPad while I use it. I don't want to worry about running down the battery during each session. I'd ideally like midi and audio. There seem to be a few on the market, and most of the posting...

Re: MIDI recording with iWavestation
I suspected as much. After further research, I am realising that synth apps are generally NOT multi-timbral, so does this mean I can only have one midi synth in any performance? Unless - as you say - I bounce down the audio. I guess I could keep a midi copy of each track for revisiting or working on...

MIDI recording with iWavestation
Hi, I'm trying to record multiple midi channels in Auria Pro using iWAVESTATION. I can record one channel fine, but adding a second channel, using a different sound in iWavestation proves impossible. Auria keeps saying it can't open the app when I try on the second channel. I am sure I am missing so...
