Re: Glitchy Performance Requiring Mutiple Restarts
Corey, My powered USB hub is a Belkin. I'm not sure what model. It's a small black flat thing with 4 inputs and 1 out. From the Presonus 1818vsl, the signal chain is: Belkin USB cable to Apple Camera Kit plug - From there to the iPad, using a Cable Jive dock connector. I may be grasping at straws, b...

Re: Glitchy Performance Requiring Mutiple Restarts
If anyone out there in Auria land is running iPad 3rd gen, with 32gb, a Presonus 1818vsl, and things are running smoothly for you, I'd like to hear from you. Rim says my problems are unusual, so I'm probably doing something weird. Nonetheless, it would help to hear from folks that are running the sa...

Re: Glitchy Performance Requiring Mutiple Restarts
I'm having a lot of performance issues requiring shutting down Auria and re-starting it. 1. The problem of Auria failing to recognize the microphone (in other words, there is signal at the input matrix, and then suddenly there is no signal) is still happening. This happens almost every time I change...

Re: IOS 8.3, ifunbox, Auria, what works?
The "drag and drop" approach worked like a charm. Thanks.

Thanks. I'll give the drag-and-drop suggestion a try.

Re: Exporting to a Shared Dropbox Folder
Pitzipado, I assume the move sequence you describe done from within Dropbox. Is that correct?

Re: Exporting to a Shared Dropbox Folder
Thanks guys, for the helpful responses. Sounds like moving the files from folder to folder should work fine.

Exporting to a Shared Dropbox Folder
All, I sincerely apologize if this topic has already been covered, but I couldn't find it, after a fair amount of searching. We have a couple of tracks that we'd like to export to a shared drop box folder that was set up by the guy who is going to mix our project. It appears that when I use the AAF ...

Re: IOS 8.3, ifunbox, Auria, what works?
Rim, For me iFunbox now appears to work fine in one direction: I.e., I am able to use the "send to Pc" function just fine, to create a backup of the project to my hard drive. However, when I try to use the "copy from PC" function, it pulls up the file browse function and I can se...

Re: Glitchy Performance Requiring Mutiple Restarts
Since it was for a latency test, it was very basic: Sample rate : 44.1 Two tracks: track 1, drumstick click; track two, input loop from audio interface. By doing the test, I discovered a latency of about 76 samples. The problems kept cropping up as I would do a test, enter the latency offset, and th...

Re: DM1 Drum Machine Error Exporting Songs
I got a reply from Fingerlab suggesting a long tap on the Drop Box icon to reset the Drop Box connection. I haven't had a chance to try it yet. I'll post the results.

DM1 Drum Machine Error Exporting Songs
All, I know this isn't a Fingerlab forum, but has anyone else been getting the following message when trying to export a DM1 Song to Dropbox? "An error has occured, please retry. If the problem persists, please kill DM1 app, re-launch it and retry." The problem does persist, and I'm about ...

Re: Glitchy Performance Requiring Mutiple Restarts
Corey,
I have an iPad 3rd generation with 32gb. The audio interface is a Presonus 1818VSL. One thing I didn't point out earlier is that I also had iBooks open to the Auria reference manual; don't know if that has any bearing.

Glitchy Performance Requiring Mutiple Restarts
Tonight I performed a latency test on my Audio interface. During the process Auria repeatedly exhibited the following symptoms: 1. The channel enabled for recording would stop recognizing any input. This seem to occur almost everytime I made adjustments to the Record Latency Adjustment. 2. Metronome...
