Re: When using Studiolive 32 Series 3 with Auria Pro
Your mixer is an audio interface and a HUI and MCU controller and has more than 8 channels and this is crashing Auria. It works with other Daws on IOS because they are not getting the HUI or MCU conflict and see the Studio Live as a USB audio interface only and nothing else. Again it's because Auria...

Re: When using Studiolive 32 Series 3 with Auria Pro
So the reason every other app on your iPad is working with the Studio Live 32 is because no other app uses HUI or MCU control so there is no conflict with the hardware because it is only seeing it as an audio interface. Auria on the other hand does have HUI and MCU control and it is likely that cont...

Re: Splitting MIDI notes?
I'm going to make a little vid for you because the way to do it is so slow and rather stupid but it's the only way to edit or split a single or multiple midi notes. Touch isn't always very good for editing unlike desktop daws. In logic one can set the timeline marker anywhere in the timeline and sel...

Re: Splitting MIDI notes?
you can split any midi notes in the piano editor. This is not a region feature as fine note editing is only done in the piano editor and the region lanes are only timeline based editing. Cheers.

Re: MIDI Sync offset with Drum machine apps
This happens with me in Logic ProX as well as Auria. No matter what I do there seems to be a delay. This is most noticeable with drum machines. I use an Alesis SR18 and I use the din of an iConnect midi 2 so Im not sure if it has anything to do with that but it is the midi interface that plays a big...

Re: Compatible motorised control surface
yes the motorized faders follow Auria. Thats why I got Auria in the first place in 2012. I was amazed at how accurate the control was and still is and I have never had any real issues with connections or operation in all those years. I still feel that it is one of the biggest features in Auria perio...

Re: Compatible motorised control surface
I use the mackie mcu pro and it works fine but Auria does not recognize extentions so you can only use the main unit. The main unit scrolls through the tracks in groups of 8 or single tracks at a time so you can still access all your tracks via the main unit. So any unit that uses mcu or hui will wo...

Re: Bouncing is not working!
Believe it or not this bug has been in existence since before bounce track in place was added as a bouncing feature. It used to do the straight line thing back when I used Mixdown and import as new track. I reported it then but I could not get this to do it every time. So it is a hard bug to track d...

Re: Importing Video to Auria
If your using the front FaceTime camera on your iPhone make sure to film in landscape mode and flip your iPhone around so that the home button is now on your left and then record your video. This will import into Auria properly. Auria imports all its videos in landscape mode so recording the video i...

Re: Bouncing multiple tracks
You can do this a couple of ways. First you can solo each track that you want to bounce down together, then go to Menu-Mixdown and you just select wether its a mono or stereo file and the selection range eat and you can even have it imported back into the project your working on by selecting Import ...

New PsP Audioware Infini Channel Strip use Aurias Meter
The new PsP Audioware Infini channel strip available for desktop daws is using the same meter that they designed for Auria. Guess were pretty lucky to have had that nice meter to enjoy for so long. Its Aurias accurate ballistic meters that originally sold me on the app. Compared to other iOS daws I ...

Re: Video Import Upside Down Rotation
To record a video from the front facing camera simply flip your iPad around so if your home button is normally on the right turn it around so that it is now on your left, then record the video and then save the video to a folder in Auria from the save to files app. Also know that this will not work ...

Re: Electric drum kit not recognised by Auria
I'd like to update my answer. If the td11 brain doesnt show up in the main midi page in settings thats ok. All you need is to have the midi channel of the td11 brain set in the midi track as the midi in. Auria will record the midi notes played from the td11. Don't forget to toggle on the yellow musi...
