Re: New GUI!
Heya, Rim, and Everyone-- Let's see... I agree with Anthony's takes on the "SSL-ness", dimensionality, dislike of Cubasis, and his general design thoughts. I also agree with Dominic's general Apple gripes. One of the (many) issues I have with iOS 7 is the whole "flat look" b.s. W...

Fade Handles: a Love Poem
The way a fiddle was loved by Nero
I heart the unsung Fade Handle
Since when I edit by daylight or candle
I never worry about cutting through zero

Re: Join Issue & Split Question...
Hi, All (and Rim)-- I wanted to follow up: 1. The "popping" sound on the joins was NOT Auria. I dig in pretty hard with my right hand when I play bass, so it was fret noise that clipped. Sometimes it sorta blends in as "playing transients" when you just listen to the track, but c...

Re: Drumagog in-app Install on Untethered iPad 3...
Thanks--and you're welcome, bud. I'm going for it, then. I get gear-whore-y in terms of looking for apps/hardware/whatever that fit like a glove and enable the music (and art--that's my main thing). The biggest impediments to that on the iPad, to me, are : 1) Apple's insulting, counterproductive, an...

Re: How are you bringing Drums into Auria?
Heya, Strum-- I've been experimenting with this very topic, recently, to get a feel for it in Auria/iPad in general. I've been using Reason and Cubase on my Mac since 2001, and Live just a little after that. It's such a comfortable environment for me, and doing audio on the iPad is just so...odd...f...

Drumagog in-app Install on Untethered iPad 3...
Hey, All-- I want to purchase the Drumagog in-app for Auria, but I have some installation questions. (What made me think was the 500MB D-gog library, and how the recent free Convolution IR's required iTunes). Is The in-app Drumagog a straight download in Auria, or is any iTunes syncing involved? Tha...

Heya, all-- I've been working in Auria a solid number of hours per day for the past month-and-a-half...and really enjoying it. (I'm hoping to post a New User's Thoughts thing in the near future.) Just to say: the DAWs I've primarily used over the past ten years are Live and Cubase. So: Joining Segme...
