Re: Newbie - some apps not inter-apping
I eventually gave up on IAA in either Auria or Cubasis... simply too buggy. Obviously that sucks because apps like Patterning and Borderlands Granular are awesome. (Though with an app like Patterning, I'm still able to use them by exporting patterns to Audioshare to use as loops). I know some folks ...

Re: Sample folder empty
If I understand correctly, the new Files app in iOS11 will allow interaction with the file areas of apps like Auria. If that's the case, I would assume you should be able to backup these folders yourself into apps like AudioShare or FileBrowser, or to your cloud drives, included your own folders in ...

Re: Sample folder empty
Apple can be so mystifying. What is the point of offering 200 gigs of storage for a pittance except for backing up all the data critical to running your apps? I do think publishing to iTunes has improved slightly of late with faster approval times, and TestFlight is a huge upgrade over the bad old d...

Re: Problems Importing project into iPad pro via dropbox
Slow and distorted would seem to imply an issue with sample rates. I always record at 24/44 so I don't have to worry about it (meaning I don't have any experience fixing samplerate issues!), but I would double check to make sure the sample rates for the Auria project on both devices are the same. (T...

Re: IOS 11 on iPad Pro Video
If you go to settings->about->applications, it will show all the apps on your device that aren't 64 bit. The list seems to be shrinking as the deadline gets closer... though that doesn't mean much if a particular fave is on the list.

Re: Virtual drummer
I believe the original release was strangely described as a 'soft release', and it appears to be advancing with each update. So with luck it will soon be there, as a true flexible intelligent drummer app would be like gold.

Re: ADT app?
Timeless is extraordinarily powerful, and I wouldn't bet against it being able to recreate any delay effect, but there is a shear-cliff-face learning curve, I highly recommend the excellent tutorial videos you can find on the FabFilter site. (For all their plug-ins). I agree PSP Echo is easy to use ...

Re: Auria continually crashing
You can definitely run as many 'Auria' plugins as your CPU can handle. I regularly run 30-40 at a time on my iPad Pro without issue. I would think it's unlikely that one of the wave files has been corrupted, so you should definitely import them. (If things go sideways after one is loaded, then that ...

Re: Auria larger on Ipad pro?
It defaults to the optimized view that adds more tracks and inserts (which I find very useful), but as mtingle noted, you can turn these 'iPad Pro Screen Optimizations' off in the settings. When you do, you lose the extras, but everything gets bigger, including the menu text, which sounds like what ...

Re: Plosive plugin?
In addition to the ideas mentioned, one technique that doesn't require any plugins is to just do some slicing and dicing on the audio itself: 1. Keep the initial 'p' sound 2. Remove or attenuate the following high energy low frequency part of the wave 3. Then move the initial 'p' to where it sounds ...

Re: ISymphonic
In these situations I get around the limitation by doing the following: 1) Create a new audio track 2) Put it in record mode, select 'Master' as its source. 3) Temporally disable any master effects 4) Solo the track you want to bounce 5) Activiate record mode 6) Play the track through the section yo...
