SCRUBBING ON PIANO ROLL? NOTATION?

Post by skyscrapersax » Wed Oct 23, 2019 4:31 pm

Hi -

Pre-purchsae question:

Does Auria Pro permit "scrubbing" on the PIANO ROLL? I need to be able to go back and forth (left to right) over the notes that I have entered and hear them without erasing or moving them.'

Also, is there a notation feature?

Thanks,

- Jeff

No and no.

MultitrackStudio has both features.

Thank you very much for this information! It looks like I will get Multitrack Studio for the moment. Maybe Auria down the line, since it is apparently great for other things!

In AuriaPro’s piano roll the notes can be triggered by the piano roll keyboard so if you need to hear the note just touch the corresponding note on the keyboard. You can also just turn off the writing tool and touch each note without erasing or adding notes. Although Auria pro has no notation you can save as a midi file and load the midifle into a notation app. Cheers.
