Rock from Germany

Post by martin » Tue Dec 10, 2013 4:05 am

Hi all,

this is my first post in this forum, where I found so many good instructions and hints for using auria. Thank you all.
I recorded a demo ( my first experience in recording) with my band Bourbon. Everything recorded and mixed with auria. I had really much fun feeling like a professional engineer... :D

So here is the song:

Any comments are welcome.

Thanks Aaron,

as a guitarist, I learned really important things about recording and micing guitar amps and how to deal with the right frequencies of each instrument. Ever since I'm totally friendly to every FOH mixing guy. :D

I'm wishing everyone a merry christmas with the second Demo recording of my Band "Bourbon".

Everything is recorded and mixed with Auria. Interface is IO-Dock from Alesis.

Comments are welcome.

Basically, only iOS apps were used in the construction of it, which were then multi-tracked and mastered in Auria.

Hi ainsley, wrong post? My songs are recorded with auria, but no ios apps were used - only real instruments and amps. Happy new year!

Boom - not a typical rock song from Bourbon, this time it gets a little bit funky - the song is about playing for decades without getting famous, but still having fun with making music. :D

Here we go again: "Change" - a straight rock number from my Band Bourbon. Recorded and mixed with Auria.
Have fun with it:
