Pro-q settings resetting intermittently

To manage the ipad 3 CPU, I will great use of freeze and effect-disable button on my tracks. I have noticed that occasionally, I open up Pro-q after unfreezing a track the EQ has been reset ie flat again.

I haven't managed to work out the steps to consistently reproduce this bug yet. Is anyone else having this problem?

The problem seems to be related to automation on the sub busses which I've experienced on other projects. I have a project which I can reproduce a related bug 100% of the time (the aux levels are resetting). The problem goes away the moment the automation-read is disabled on the sub bus.
