Why can't I export individual audio regions as files?
I recorded some vocals for a project into one region.
I split the region, eliminating all the unwanted parts.
Now I've spent the better part of a day figuring out how I can export these regions for further processing by another team.
I've tried exporting to Audioshare. But Audioshare is getting the whole file, which I would then have to split up in Audioshare.
Sharing to AudioCopy seems to work, but converts the file to 16bit/44Khz first. No good.
Condensing regions sort of works, but then how do I get the files out of the project folder? The Files app has no support to look into project folders that I can see.
It would seem like this would be dead simple to do. Click a region, and from the Edit/Share menu, "Export to file" or something like that. Yet, Auria doesn't have it.
I had to condense regions, then go into Files and export the entire project folder to the Documents by Readdle app, then pick out the files I wanted to export and zip them up before finally sending off.
Frustrating. To say the very least.

Re: Exporting audio regions as files
You could try the following:
Select a region in the timeline
Solo the track
Then go to Edit --> Loop To Selection
The Go to File --> Mixdown and use the option to mixdown between the locator range
Rinse and repeat.

Re: Exporting audio regions as files
In theory, that should work! Thanks for that. I'll try it next time.
Hopefully, though, we can get a much simpler export of regions in the future.

I find that condensing split regions does allow share to Audioshare
