Cannot access Auria Store

I've had to reset my iPad 3rd generation. I've reinstalled Auria but when I try reinstate my 3rd party plug-ins via the Auria Store from within Auria I get a message saying "Can't connect to server. Make sure airplane mode is turned off." Airplane mode is turned off. I've also tried to access the store through the channel FX Plug-in Store link but the same message appears. Is there a fault on the Store?

What version of iOS are you running?

Are you able to upgrade your iPad to a later version of iOS?

I can’t upgrade beyond iOS 9.3.5 using iPad 3rd generation.
