Hi there. I own Auria Pro and every single add-on, filter, plug-in, etc. I love this software and I want to see it take its rightful spot on the leaderboard. If the current features simply worked normally as expected, this would be king. Aside from myriad problems with IAA, Auv3, and so forth and so on - I would be very satisfied for Rim to comment on the elephant in the room: newer iPads, including my 2020 iPad Pro 12.9”, seem to have their hardware locked at 48khz, which causes problems with apps that aren’t designed for that sample rate. For instance, my favorite synth, Imono/poly plays almost a whole step down when armed in Auria at 44.1 sample rate. Either Auria or iMono/Poly is giving inaccurate information about playback current sample rate.
What can Auria do to combat this within iOS. Are we all going to 48k for everything ???
Rim, what are you going to do?? Keep us locked, or set us free

The hardware you are using needs an audio interface to run at 44.1 kHz. If you don’t need a full two way interface, there are dongles like the excellent Dragonfly ones that allow for sample rate change and have a higher quality DAC than the built-in one.actualproof wrote: ↑Mon Feb 08, 2021 11:46 pmHi there. I’ve got a Scarlett 18i8, but don’t use it when “mobile” with the iPad and the Korg MicroKey Air 2. Which Fragonfly DAC would you recommend? THAT looks like a mobile solution!

This thread on the Audiobus Forum might be useful. I haven't heard anything bad about any of them:actualproof wrote: ↑Fri Feb 12, 2021 8:49 amI’ve got a Scarlett 18i8, but don’t use it when “mobile” with the iPad and the Korg MicroKey Air 2. Just saw the “Fragonfly” typo and was going to edit/correct, but then I realized what an artistic error that would be.
